[求医问药] 早洩容易發生於什麼情況？

早洩容易發生於什麼情況？

自我介紹一下
小弟是名初三重考生
現已17歲
..開飛機經驗已有4年之久
過去幾乎天天一次，近幾個月開始已有改善為兩週或一週一次

現鄰近中考，頻率已逐漸減少
今天一早睡醒
發現它好翹，於是就開始撥弄著玩
誰知！不到一分鐘..他就猛的一下朝我噴口水
PS:已有一週之久無發射

事後心有餘悸，於是上sis尋求眾高手的指點


我這算是早洩的一種嗎？
我該如何調理這種情況呢？
煩請各位高手指點我這迷途的小羔羊
